After forming the group, you will need to inform the interventionist about it. It is better to decide the goal of this group beforehand. Your group can either have a goal of just motivating the addict to join the addiction treatment center or helping him or her until complete recovery. It is better to note down the role of each person from the group. The intervention program is a serious activity and each group member should know this.
